Form Problems with Logmein
-
I’m lost on what I could be doing wrong… We use LogMeIn chat sessions and to have someone start one, all we have to do is add this code:
<form name=’channel107894###’ action=’https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/Customer/Download.aspx’ method=’post’>
<input type=’hidden’ name=’EntryID’ value=’107894###’ />
<input type=’submit’ value=’Start Remote Tech Support’ style=”font-weight: 700″ />I can install this code with HTML option and it works fine, but I wanted to use the Elementor Forms to make it nicer looking… But when I do that, it, for some reason, it isn’t passing the information correctly. I’m 100% sure its me doing something stupid-wrong, but I can’t figure out what.
To accomplish the above, I’ve:
1) Set up a form with Form Fields -> Form Name being the channel107894###
2) Created a field the Type was Hidden, Label is EntryID, Value is 107894### and under advanced I set Custom ID to EntryID
3) Under Actions after Submit, I added Redirect and then under Redirect put the https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/Customer/Download.aspxIt will accept the input, and go to Logmein like it’s going to work, but for some reason, it doesn’t get the EntryID properly, so it bombs at their site.
Any ideas?
Oh and being that I wasn’t sure… I did try adding Webhook with the same URL and it says submitted, but nothing happens then either. I did have it send me an email version and I got back this:
EntryID: 107894###
