    Hello,

For the booking form, the form has no content, when it’s loaded into the page.
In the code is just: Form[]
Please send a link with the calendar that is not displayed in the website.

    Thank you.

Ah yes, that is the problem.
The site that doesn’t work: http://www.drymenselfcatering.com/booking-system-test/
The site that does work: http://iainjmccallum.com/BookingTest/booking-system-test/

So when I try to add fields in the site that doesn’t work there is something going wrong (in the admin panel) as in the picture: http://iainjmccallum.com/BookingTest/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Screen-Shot-2014-04-24-at-10.46.45.png

When I add one text field it looks ok in the admin panel but doesn’t show up on the front.
When I add a second text field the first one changes it’s name back to ‘new text field’ and a second input within it appears like in this pic: http://iainjmccallum.com/BookingTest/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Screen-Shot-2014-04-24-at-15.01.18.png

If you could give me any pointers as to where I should be looking to fix this that would be much appreciated!

Oh quick note: The site that does work is a copy, I copied the database and the files. Not sure what else might be affecting it

Yes, this is the cause. The content hasn’t been copied.

    Thank you.

But then when I try to add content it doesn’t work.
So on the site that works I can add form fields – perfect!
But, on the site that doesn’t work, I cannot add form fields, not so perfect.

    I’ll keep on googleing

If the database is copied and not created, it won’t work.

    Thank you.

haha! Sorry, I think there’s quite a bit of miscommunication going on. I think I’ve found a solution which I’ll be implementing this afternoon, if it works I’ll post the details in this thread.

But – if you are interested, I’ll explain the scenario:

The original site, with plugin installed the normal way, has a problem with the form fields in the admin (the unique number for each added field is not iterating).
The cloned site, with plugin folders and db migrated, works perfectly!

So today I will be swapping the original out for the clone. If it presents the same bug then it’s a server issue. If it works then we’re all good!

Thank you for reading over and replying, it’s impressive support for a free plugin!
