Form resets on submit

    Hello!
    I’m having an issue with my forms. I’ve set my form that after submission to show an image using the “Actions after Submission” –> “Custom Text”. The issue that I’m encountering is that once I press the submit button, it takes you back to the beginning of the form.
    In short, on the first attempt, the form won’t submit only if you try it again (from the 2nd attempt).
    I’ve also checked in the “Submissions” page to see if at least it submits the form (even though it resets itself on the first attempt) but sadly it doesn’t.

    Note:
    1.I am using the Pro version of the FormMaker plugin.
    2.I’ve set my forms to have AJAX submission.
    3.In the “Allow User to see submissions”, I’ve opted for both the Administrator and the Guests to be able to see them.
