Yes, I do. I tried just removing the .htaccess file but it didn’t make any difference. Is there something else I need to do? Should I contact my hosting company?

i have the same problem i have only one form on my site it was working fine all data was going in email and was saved in substitutions as well now it has stooped working nothing happened when u press submit button ..
Changing to the version suggested above fixed the submit issue. Now the form information is being submitted properly and going to the wordpress dashboard and can be seen in the submissions for the plugin. However it is still not being emailed to the email addresses that have been set up on the options for the form in the plugin.
