This form worked wonderfully until I purged my dynamic cache, then it stopped working. Tried different devices, different browsers, still nothing. I duplicated it, still nothing. I had to recreate it from scratch in order to get it to work. Appreciate any help, am hoping to buy the pro version once I make sure this fits our needs.

Please, note you unticked the “Dynamically evaluate the equations associated with the calculated fields” checkbox in the “Form Settings” tab (https://resources.developers4web.com/cff/images/documentation/form-settings-tab.png). If you don’t want to evaluate the equations dynamically, you must insert a button field in the form and tick the “Calculate” option as its type to evaluate them.
