same issue here and plugin writer is nowhere to be seen!!
Having the same issue, but some of the test email’s I’ve sent have randomly gone through.

@ashlyleh It worked for me – I just rolled back to version 5.3.2 and it works again.
Maybe you should clean your cash.
I deleted plugin and switched to a different contact form plugin which works and is much faster.
@yossigolan tried that, still doesn’t work.

I downloaded a free plugin called forminator then deleted the contact 7 plugin.
