    Hey 4dmaster,

Thanks for your message. I will be happy to help.

Sorry for the trouble with that.

It might be the API needs to be reset. Can I ask you to try the troubleshooting steps found in this link – https://fatcatapps.com/knowledge-base/test-email-integrations/

It could also be some caching issues. If you are using any caching or speed plugins like WPRocket, it might help to clear the cache that has built up.

Have you recently added any other form type plugins, sometimes this can cause a conflict if both plugins are doing a similar task like integrating with your email marketing provider? You could try turning those off to see if that fixes the issue.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    All the best.

    Hey 4dmaster,

    Thanks for your reply.

Can I ask you to confirm if you reset the Authorization Code ? Did it give a green check mark to confirm that the code was accepted ? Did you set a list in the “List to subscribe to” section ?

Did you clear the cache from the WP rocket plugin ? You can also try turning WP rocket off and leaving it off to ensure no cache build up is causing it ?

You might need to see if another plugin is causing this. I say this because for me on my own site, the aweber integration is working. You can follow this guide here – https://fatcatapps.com/knowledge-base/search-for-conflicts/

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    All the best.

I didnt try the authorization code as the plugin is working at times..it is able to accept the user subscription at times but sometimes it will have this error msg when trying to subscribe.

In fact i already have few hundreds subscriber but a nunber of subscribers still email me at times on this problem.

Also i have 50 plugin in total, so to test if another plugin is tedious and complicated as it happen at times as mentioned above.

I did clear cache, but wp rocket will still have cache build up eventuality. So this is not a long term solution either.

    Pls advise

    Hey 4dmaster,

Thanks for getting back to us.

You can try this page for troubleshooting WP rocket issues – https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/106-my-site-is-broken

You can also try turning WP rocket off and leaving it off to ensure no cache build up is causing it. This is the best way to isolate if caching is indeed causing the issue. Once you isolate it, then you can take the next step, e.g. turning WP rocket back on but telling WP rocket to exclude Optin Cat from caching.

I visited your site using this troubleshooting link from WP rocket and the optin form worked – https://dripcommunity.org/?nowprocket

But since you said the plugin is working at times, that would suggest a problem with cache and the nonce working together.

If needed in the future – You can try this plugin for troubleshooting plugin conflicts – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/

As noted – “Troubleshooting allows you to have a clean WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user until you disable it or log out.” Another option is to use a staging site for testing.

Feel free to get back to us if there is anything else.

    Regards.

    Hey 4dmaster,

    Thanks for your reply.

It would be better to ask WP Rocket about that and following the guide in the last message – https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/106-my-site-is-broken
