Form Submit Failed

    After filling the forms, the form refused to submit. Keeps repeating “submit failed”. Pls can you help me resolve this issue.

    Hi,

    It looks like you’ve changed the plugin’s CSS. The CSS creates the form in one column. Please try with an unchanged CSS. Then it should work.

    I also faced the same issue.
    Rolling back to version 1.6.0 solved my issue.
