Form types with new fields

    Hi,

    I’m trying to create a standalone called “Payment tab with new fields” info using Ultimate Member > Forms, by adding some new text fields. The problem is how do I display this in a separate tab and display/edit the fields?

    The Select Form Type only allows Registration, Profile and Login types. But the way I’m also using this plugin: Ultimate Member Profile Tabs. Still stuck on finding a solution.

    Does anyone has an answer? Kindly advice.
