    Dear Team,

    I am writing to report an issue with the order form option “Show calculations on Summary block with buttons to Download PDF and Share Quotes.”

    Issue Description: When I select this option and save the settings, an error occurs. Currently, users can download the PDF without submitting the form or clicking the “Get Quote” button. This allows PDF generation even when the form is incomplete.

    Expected Behavior: The PDF download button should remain hidden by default until the customer:

    1. Completes all required form fields
    2. Clicks the “Get Quote” button to submit the form

    Business Impact: The current setup prevents us from collecting essential user information (name, email, phone number, etc.) because customers can access incomplete quotes without providing their contact details.

    Requested Solution: Please modify the functionality so that:

    • PDF download is only available after form submission
    • Users cannot generate quotes with partial or incomplete calculations
    • We can capture customer information before providing the quote

    This will ensure we receive complete user data while providing fully calculated quotes to customers.

    Priority: High – affects lead generation and data collection

    Currently, as described in our PDF Entries documentation, the “Download PDF” button is available as soon as a calculation result is generated.

    We understand your concern and will consider improving this by triggering the PDF generation only after form validation and submission.
