Form will not process–receiving critical error message

    A Forminator form for contest entry worked perfectly until it suddenly did not. Initially the error message said that there was a problem processing form. I updated plugins. Now the error message is “there has been a critical error on this website”.

    Access to your Dashboard’s Appearance page, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and rename or delete the directory of your Forminator plugin.

    This should allow you access your dashboard.
