it is updated to the latest version and its a fresh install
v5.10.0 was supposed to have fixed this.
Please try the following:
1. Change the settings to “Delete Everything:

2. Deactivate and remove Site Reviews
3. Install a fresh copy of Site Reviews
Does the problem still happen after doing this? This will help me track down exactly what is causing the problem.
Okay great. I know what to do now to prevent this from happening in the future for others.
I have the same as above:
When i submit the review form i get: Your review could not be submitted and the error has been logged. Please notify the site administrator. and the console log says ERROR [Database:272] Unknown column ‘terms’ in ‘field list’
The plugin recently updated to Version 5.10.1. Is there way we can resolve this without deleting all the data and starting again?
@owen2 This error occurred in v5.9.0 and v5.10.0, but it should have been fixed in v5.10.1.
Are you 100% sure that this is still happening after updating to v5.10.1?
Please verify this first.
You can fix this by going to the Tools page, holding down the ALT key, and running the “Migrate Plugin” tool.
We are using v5.10.1, happy to send a screenshot if required. I re-ran the migration using the Tools page and it resolved the issue. Thanks for your help.
