Format for single entries (single entry view) – Outputs Incorrect HTML

When selecting “Format for single entries (single entry view)” as Unordered List, I get all bold output like this http://screencast.com/t/0t6LxrNKT4HA.

So I checked the markup and it is wrapping all list content in with strong markup and is also inserting an additional li element with no content on each entry – http://screencast.com/t/kRIPPO2Z

I checked two different forms, and it was the same in each case.
