Try this add-on:

It adds an option named “Large Scale” to the pagination settings in the View.
This was originally going to be a premium add-on but I’m going to add it to the main plugin instead. So disregard any license settings; it will work regardless.
There will be more options like arrow icons when it’s integrated with the plugin.
Thank you! I uploaded it and clicked the large scale option and now it gives me this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Strong_Testimonials::set_post_list() in /home/oxycis5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/strong-testimonials-large-scale-master/strong-testimonials-large-scale.php on line 304
Does that mean I uploaded it wrong, or some other incompatibility with my site?

Sorry, that was my fault. Delete the add-on and reinstall version 0.2.
I deleted the old one and installed version 0.2, and I don’t see any errors, but now the page numbers disappear completely when I check the Large Scale box on the view.

Not yet but I did add standard pagination using paged URLs which you can see here:

That is a much simpler way to handle a large quantity of testimonials if you’re displaying them on a page. It doesn’t work in a widget though. A brief comparison:
