Formating Caldera forms

Hello,

I created a Caldera form for registration. All is perfect and your plugin is fantastic except for the presentation.

My form presents like this in wordpress http://www.pmi-slo.org/our-projects/pmi-light-up-2015/ whereas I have different size of input fields in the form itself and first name, last name and email address are in the same line…

Any advice is appreciated.
