formatted text and multiple language categories

I got two issues:’
1. I used outlook to format the context, such as list and bold font, but there isn’t any format in published post. Did I miss some setting somewhere?
2. I have three languages in my wordpress. For each categories, I have corresponding categories and they have different IDs. for example, I have category “test” with id [1], and I added another two corresponding language categories, these three are all associated in WP. the other two Ids are [2] and [3].
I tried to use “[1] [2] [3] title” (without quote in email title), “[2] title”. The published post will anyway go to the category [1] only.

Can you please help?
