Formatting Assistance

Three things I am in need of assistance with:
1. How do I move up the ‘case #’, ‘date’ and ‘if other’ to sit next to ‘name’, ’email’ and ‘city’. I would like ‘if other’ to sit directly next to the ‘city’ field.
2. How do I get the white background box to expand where it includes all fields?
3. How do I remove the awkward spacing between city and email?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Answer for 2.
In your CSS is a class wpcf7.wpcf7 { . . height: 600px !important; . . }get rid of the “height” line, this may not be that easy if you want to be robust in the face of updates because of the “!important” adjective.
For all of these you need to make friends with your browser inspector to see how your html and css are working.
Re city and email: You have an extra label (not no field) on your form. Remove that.
