Formatting changes not reflected while Autoptimize is active

    I made some formatting changes on Woocommerce product pages (Active background colour on menu items in UAE Elementor Navigation widget). These are not reflected in the front end when Autoptimize is active. When it is disabled, they display correctly.

    I have tried switching off all Autoptimize’s functions while still active, to no avail. I have deleted the is_Product Critical CSS rule. That did not work either.

    Do you have any other suggestions for troubleshooting?

    First and foremost try to identify what is breaking things by just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload). Based on that we can see what the next steps need to be 🙂

    Dang. It turned out to be “Remove query strings from static resources” that was causing it. I was not expecting that.
