Hi @nancyemedia,
Could you please send me a screenshot of a generated PDF invoice, to try to understand what could be happening? Please hide/mask any personal information from the document.
You can use the imgbb.com image sharing service to upload the screenshot, and then paste the image URL here.
Hi
I am having the same problem . it will take a few minutes to activate the account so you can see the uploaded files
https://ibb.co/JKDZSB6
https://ibb.co/G3LpzQC
One of the images is what the preview shows from within the plugin and the other shows what I get when I view the invoice in woo commerce.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Hi,
This has NOT been resolved.
Same problem. A temporary fix is to rollback plugin to Version 3.3.2.

Hi @morphememagic,
You have attached two images, but the first one is not a layout from our plugin. Maybe you have enabled another PDF invoices plugin, and you are mixing both layouts. The second seems indeed to be our default ‘Simple’ template.
Try reviewing your installed plugin list, and deactivate any other PDF invoices plugin, instead ours: PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce by WP Overnight. Then, try to generate a new PDF invoice from an order, and check if the settings you have configured are reflected on the generated document.

Hi @lhommedecosse,
I think your case may be something different. Could you please create a new topic, leaving a screenshot of the preview image and a sample PDF invoice, to try to understand what is happening? This way we keep the forum organized and avoid annoying the thread starter with email notifications unrelated to their question.
I’ll answer you there! 🙂
