Formatting Email Submission

Hi, how do i format the email submission to add line breaks? In my test email the fields all display on one line like:
From: (name) Email: (email) Phone: (number) Message: (message)
where it should be each on own line like:
From: (name)
Email: (email)
Phone: (number)
Message:
(message)
