formatting emails

    Hi agentmorris,

    You may simply add </br> in order to add newlines. So, your message should look like this:

    [order-name] </br>
    is currently in progress and is now : </br>
    [order-status]</br>
    We will email again when the status changes so you can keep up to date. </br>

    Hi. I tried this and others but still getting the same issue. tried to get via gmail and also thunderbird and showing same.

    When I look at the email source it shows as formatted:

    X-Mailer: PHPMailer 5.2.10 (https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/)
    MIME-Version: 1.0
    Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
    Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

    Just to keep you informed that the booking for
    Daniel Morris
    is currently in progress and is now :

    Contract signed from client

    We will email again when the status changes so you can keep up to date

    OK. Fomatting works fine on the site I need it to. there even in chrome so I can only assume its an issue with the theme.

    I would like to transfer the key over to that
