formatting on widget

There is a large gap between the bottom of the testimonial and the Read More Testimonials » link. It looks very odd, and takes up too much space. Where can I change that? I can’t find anywhere in the css that specifies the height I see in firebug (355px). Please help? We are going live in just a couple of days.
