    it depends on what you are using here (wppizza->order settings->Select Type of Mail Delivery

    if you are using anything other than PHPMailer, you cant use css (as its plaintext)

    if you ARE using PHPMailer , read the notes here regarding templates:

    and at the top of templates/wppizza-order-email-html.php

    (btw, you really should not use css/stylesheets in emails )
