Formatting PDF Export

    Hi Peter

    I’m loving this plug-in and getting to grips with everything. I need to do more on presentation and my first aim is to tidy up my PDF export.
    Out of the box the PDF is set to long columns on portrait format which I’d like to change.
    I used to do a lot with MS Access and their report designer was ideal for this. I’d like to be able to do something similar, with several short fields then the long text field. Repeat this for each record and allow a page break between them.

    Field1 Field2 Field3
    Field4 Field5
    Field6 – full width

    I’m not expecting you to design this – just looking to understand if there’s somewhere I can code it as the data gets sent to the PDF creator?

    Hi Michael,

    You’re making progress! 👍 I see the hyperlinks are now added as text which shows them on a print as well.

    I like your idea to create reports with repeating rows and fields. This is something I still need to add. I have been working on a Report Builder but discontinued. My approach was MS Access like, but I think custom post types would be a better WordPress solution. At this time I don’t have a solution.
