    Hello to you good folks at GiveWP,

    I am considering implementing this plugin for the non-profit I work for: zionfellowship.org. However, I think my theme (Organic Themes NonProfit) is causing some formatting errors.

    We are currently using 4.1.3 see plugin page here: http://www.zionfellowship.org/donate2/

    We are planning on upgrading to a newer version 5.5.1 but it requires some image changes which is delaying the deployment. However, here is the plugin on this version: https://zionfellowship.us/zf3/donate2/

    As you can see the formatting is off on both versions, the older one especially. My question is if we just bought the add-ons, would you help us to trouble shoot these formatting problems or would we need to purchase the bundle package that includes support?

    Hi Daniel,

    We like the Nonprofit Theme from Organic Themes a lot and recommend it to people often. The newer version does a great job of display native Give styles as well. But it does look like that one item is a bit outdated. We’d definitely recommend updating to the new version. I just reached out to Organic Themes to resolve that issue directly in their theme, but in the meantime, this should resolve that for you on the new version:

    .give-form-wrap form[id*="give-form"] .give-donation-amount .give-currency-symbol.give-currency-position-before {
    height: inherit;
    line-height: inherit;
    padding-bottom: 1px;
}

    Just put that at the bottom of your child theme’s CSS file, or in “Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS”.

    I added this to custom CSS but it did not seem to have an impact.

    Sorry, it did work, it didn’t show up after a cleared my cache, but it changed when I came back a little later; weird. Thanks!
