Please add some user-friendly formatting controls or advise on how to address these issues: (1) How do I center the table caption for the table? (2) How do I create a table without column headers? (3) How can I add a row that has merged cells in the table (the whole table has, for example, two columns but I want one row that has only one column all the way across? (4) How can I add a blank row in a table? (5) How can I add shading within the entire table? (6) How can I have more fine-grained control over the table row striping or overall table shading? (7) Please advise what options can be used other than the default values for parameters like style, trim, id, etc. (8) Please advise what the parameters “th” and “tf” are.
