Hi @trevorvb,

Do you have “User Account Activation” set to “Manual Approval” in the form settings under User Regisration Tab > User Account Activation > Activation Method?

Unfortunately, this is a known bug where the issue is specifically when “Manual Approval” is selected. It should work fine with other Activation methods.

I’ll make sure to bring this ticket to our team’s attention so that they are aware of your issue, and this could be addressed asap.

The 5 second does not work It remains permanently on

I’m not able to replicate the issue when tested. Do you mean the message doesn’t auto-close or is it some other issue you notice?

Please advise so that we could check further if needed. Looking forward to your response.

Kind Regards,
Nithin

Account registration successful. Click here to login to your account. (Changing this message in behavious – inline message does not work as it does not save

This shows on the site permanently. Not disappearing after 5 seconds as it set. The “click here” portion of that statement Directs you to the login for wordpress for the site – NOT CORRECT

Once the user clicks on the activation link in the email he receives. It works correctly. However the USER gets an additional mail after activation (Beside ME getting an email indicating new user which is correct as you mentioned)
This is the email the user gets:

Dear Lonewolf,

Your account on POWERSCORE has been activated! Please find your login details below.

The link <https://theholeinoneclub.co.za/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=…&login=…> IS INCORRECT THIS SHOULD NOT SHOW In-fact this message is not necessary

Hello @trevorvb !

I was also not able to replicate the issue on my test site – there I can change the message without any issues and the notice disappears as expected after 5 seconds.

I’m thinking it may have something to do with some plugin or the theme. Can you run a test using a default theme and also if necessary – with all other plugins deactivated? It may be best to run this test on a staging copy of the site to avoid interfering with the live site. If running on the live site, please make a backup before proceeding as a general precaution.

Warm regards,
Pawel

We have tested the site by deleting all plugins and deactivating elementor and still does not work. I can assure you you have a bug you not aware of. Its the same from other computers.
