Formidable plugin and helpdesk!

    Great plugin with lots of options. I had a specific wishes and contacted the helpdesk frequently for options and when errors occurred. They responded very quickly, professional and were able to solve all the issues by guiding me through. Resulting in exactly the form I had envisioned when I started.
