Forminator is saving labels in entry instead values.
And this behavior is not the expected.
How I can save the values in the entry?

It is expected but you can modify this behaviour in the Form settings: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#multiple-option-value
