it seems thats a bug. customizing desing works not on mobile. when i deacivate custom styling it works

I hope you are doing well today.
If I read this correctly, if you try to add custom CSS in the form Appearance -> Custom CSS that CSS does not work.
If so, can you navigate to Forminator -> Settings -> Data -> File Upload Storage and change the path to: /wp-content/uploads/forminator and see if that helps?

yes! i tried to use custom css! thats not work on mobile. i use later my own css to get the correct design. i have a solutuion. but i want to report the bug

Please bear with me.
1. We are aware of similar issues and that’s exactly why Kris asked you to change specific setting – because it should solve the issue.
So please go to “Forminator -> Settings -> Data” page and change path under “File UPload Storage” option to “/wp-content/uploads/forminator”.
Have you tried that? If not, can you try it? If you didn’t, please do and see if that helps.
2. If it doesn’t help, then we still need to precisely identify why it’s happening on your site – the fact that it happens and that similar thing happened to other users does not automatically mean it is a bug. It may be a bug but it may be also specific to some aspect of the site.
So if point 1 doesn’t help, please use browser console to see if there are any errors reported specifically related to such CSS file. If yes – what’s exact error?
Please understand: we are trying to help you solve the issue and yes, we will work on a bug fix if necessary but we need to rule other things first and we need to gather all the necessary information so we’d appreciate some cooperation on this.
