My issue is similar to what’s experienced here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/form-not-displaying-from-backend-after-update/
The difference is my forms stopped displaying on the backend prior to an update. Then, I updated to the latest version in hopes it would help the situation (but it hasn’t).

It sounds like you can’t edit the form via the WP dashboard side. I’m afraid, it sounds more like a conflict.
Could we know whether you tried to rule out the issue by running a conflict test?
You can refer to this flow chart on how to run a conflict test:

You can run the conflict test in the staging site and see whether that gives further clue.
If running a conflict test doesn’t help much and if you still notice the same, please check whether the browser console gives any errors that might give further clues.

Hi,
I’ve conducted the conflict testing. And, the issue still remains.
- The forms are not displaying on the dashboard.
- The “Create” buttons are inactive.
- The “Edit” & Setting buttons/actions are inactive.
The only thing that works is the 1 form that is currently active (on my customer-facing side). And, with that, it doesn’t respond with automated emails. And, I’m not able to open the drop-down button to view the registrant’s information (that they input into the form).
What do you suggest now?
