The discrepancy between the numbers reported in your email reports from Forminator and those you see when logged into the website could be due to caching (which most do, to improve speed), it’s possible that the views are being cached, leading to inaccurate reporting.
The system might not be updating in real time, causing discrepancies between the email report and what you see in the admin panel. Clear your website’s cache / server side cache / object cache and/or CDN cache in case you have them and see if that updates the numbers in the admin panel to match the email report.

Hi Zafer,
I’ve cleared cache and it did not change nothing 🙁 I’m afraid that we are losing customers – difference between 2 and 77 submissions is devastating.
Any other thoughts?

When you visit the Reports page and pick up a specific form, do you also change the Date Range? Please note that by default the Date Range will show up the current month (for example on April 8 you will see data from the last 8 days) where the Reports email shows details for all submissions, views, etc.
Please compare your email data with Forminator -> Forms -> click on form title and stats there. Those should be the same.
As for the Reports page if you want to see the same data please change the Date Range so it will include previous months (from day 1 when the form was created). Then those numbers should be the same.
