    Hello @zenmonkey111 !

    I hope you’re doing great today!

    I see only the shortcode is displaying on the page instead of the form’s content, which is odd.

    If it’s a similar issue, the way to fix this would be to:

    – remove the folder of the plugin manually (wp-content/plugins/forminator) – you can use cPanel or FTP/SFTP to do that
    – once that’s done, install Forminator again from the wp-admin >> Plugins >> Add new menu
