    Hi all,

    My first time posting here so apologies if this is done incorrectly. I am trying to build a form which features a section where users will select on a specific product and this will highlight/tick it with a shade. Then this will be marked as a ‘Yes’ via the form submitting.

    Unfortunately, the boxes currently do not appear to ‘select’ when clicked and just submit as a Yes regardless. Appearing like the below in email

    Any tips on how to fix this? The HTML code is below.

    I’m afraid, I don’t see any HTML code. You can use pastebin to share any such info.

    Is there a page URL where you have the form configured, so that we could have a better idea?
