Forminator incompatible with PHP 8.2?

    I recently received a notification from my hosting provider that I will need to upgrade my PHP to at least version 8.2 within the next few months. When I ran a PHP compatibility check for my website, the results showed that it is not compatible with PHP 8.2 and part of the errors are associated with Forminator.

    I am not a web developer (and do not have access to one) so don’t currently know how to fix the errors in the code according to the report that I was able to download – but it is clear to me that some errors on the report definitely relate to the Forminator plugin.

    I would prefer to keep using Forminator – I have quite a few forms on my website – so would appreciate any assistance in this regard. I have updated all my themes and plugins, as well as my version of WordPress.

    I hope you’re doing great today!

    Forminator should be compatible with 8.x PHP versions. I’ve tested it on my lab site with PHP 8.2, and couldn’t find any errors in logs.

    If you’d like our developers to have a closer look at the potential issues, could you please share the compatibility report with us via email.

    Compress it in a ZIP archive, and attach to the email, or share it using Dropbox, Google Drive, or a similar cloud service.

    Hi @indieacademic

    We have an update from our developers, who were able to replicate the issue on one of the test environments and we have created an improvement task for that matter. At the moment, there is no ETA when this will be implemented, but it is on our radar.
