What you are trying to achieve is more relevant for appointment booking functionality. Since Forminator is primarily a form plugin there isn’t an out of box way to limit the number of teams per time window as well as create/maintain a waitlist.
To achieve something like this with Forminator will need custom code over the plugin core, however, I’m afraid this will be outside the scope of support we can provide. For that, you’ll need to hire a developer to provide the required custom code for you.
