Hi @ivodrazic
I hope you are doing well today.
In the previous case, you mentioned, “sometimes, payment works, and sometimes, it doest work”. In the current thread, you say that the form won’t proceed to the next step. Could you be more clear on what you mean by the next step?
I tested your form on my lab site and each PayPal button, which is set up in this form works correctly. Do you mean when you click on any button, nothing happens?
Please let us know more details.
Kind Regards,
Kris
Hey! I wasnt really clear about that, on that form when i enter credit card details it wont process payment it loads and says: “payment failed, Please try again.”
Hello @ivodrazic
Hope you’re doing well today! Thank you for sharing further information about the issue.
I imported the form you’ve shared on my lab site and tested it on the PayPal Sandbox mode using the “Debit or Credit Card” option and it worked fine without any issues. Please refer to the below screenshot.
https://monosnap.com/file/TcpsFHg36h0mv5Qd5GcNzj7vDEnkN3
Can you please confirm if the issue only occurs when you select the “Debit or Credit Card” option and works fine if PayPal Checkout is selected?
I noticed that you have the PayPal field set in the Live mode, could you please recheck the PayPal Keys for Sandbox and Live mode to see if they are correctly added?
Here is how you can do that: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#connect-to-paypal
Lastly, could you please try another payment and replicate the error, once done, please log in to your PayPal Account and share the “error” you notice in the logs. Please make sure to hide/remove any sensitive information. We just need the error code/error description.
Here is how you can see the error logs in PayPal https://developer.paypal.com/video/watch/?videoId=Vo7mRaxiOmI
Please let us know how it goes.
Kind Regards,
Saurabh

It still doesnt work, what should i do? Create business account on paypal or what?
Hi @ivodrazic
Thank you,
Testing with a different account is always a good idea, another step you can test is by using this plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/log-http-requests/ which can give more clues on the request-response:

Hello @ivodrazic
Thank you for sharing the screenshots.
After reviewing your request and response screenshots, I noticed this error UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY and it description its says compliance violation contact the PayPal support for more information.
That error usually shows up when there is an issue with your PayPal account, since we couldn’t replicate this issue on our end we can confirm the problem is your account and I would recommend contacting PayPal support to review your account.
I found this thread for PayPal but don’t share much info about how to fix this issue:
