I already looked into pre-fill billing. It only allows me to transfer name, email, and billing/shipping address. Nothing else.
I want to transfer an “instructions to seller” field.
Does that make sense?

Thank you for the information, unfortunately only those meta data are passed from Forminator to PayPal, we have more options using Stripe https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#meta-data
You can give it a try in this custom code: https://gist.github.com/wpmudev-sls/d0298dfc427dfe83493d248dfe6dd1a4 which extends to implementing a description too.
