The updates to Elementor Pro after the 3.24.4 version have impacted my Elementor editor view. After troubleshooting, I have found that disabling the Forminator plugin gets the view back to normal. If I leave the Forminator plugin active, I have to roll back to Elementor 3.24.4 to get the Elementor Editor to work properly again. So it seems there is something not working with the Forminator plugin and Elementor Pro 3.25.0 and later. Any insight into this issue?

Here is an example of what the website menu looks like in the Elementor Editor view when the Forminator plugin is active.

Thanks Imran! Here is the site info: https://pastebin.com/zY5ptDHB

In the status under Site Health, I did see a performance issue of Outdated Critical CSS, which seems is the likely issue.

    Hi @aarmijo

We apologize for the delay. I visited your site URL and I was not able to replicate this issue anymore. Also, I see you marked this thread as resolved. Do you still need our help in that matter and were you able to fix the issue?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

No problem. I thought regenerating the CSS would have solved the issue so I marked the issue resolved prematurely. I am still getting the issue unfortunately.

    Hello @aarmijo

    Hope you’re doing well today!

I am sorry to know that the issue persists.

In this case to get a better idea of what could be causing the issue, could you please share a screenshot of the Web Inspector >> Console Tab from the page where the layout is broken? I am requesting this because the issue is only replicated on the Elementor Editor view and on the frontend it looks fine.

It should display some console errors there which should help us to get a better picture of what could be the issue related to.

To do this, you can navigate to the Elementor Editor View >> Website Menu >> Right Click and Select “Inspect” >> Navigate to the console tab and share a screenshot with us.

Below is a guide that you can refer on how you can open the “console tab” depending on the Browser and OS you are using.

    Awaiting your response.

    Hi @aarmijo,

Thank you for getting back to us with additional information.

From the screenshot you shared, I noticed a JavaScript error originating from Elementor. However, I was able to replicate the same error on a test website where Forminator was not enabled. Unfortunately, there are no errors related to Forminator in the browser console that could help us diagnose the issue further.

I understand that the issue does not occur when Forminator is deactivated. However, could you confirm if you’ve performed a complete conflict test to rule out any conflicts with other plugins?

To do this, please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and Elementor and check if the issue is resolved. If it is, reactivate the plugins one at a time and monitor at which point the issue reappears.

I hope the following guide comes in handy: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

Please perform the test using a staging website without disturbing the live website. A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new directory on the same server using a separate database.

Please update us here with the results so that we can help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John
