Forminator plugin causing WordPress site after installation/activation

Hello everyone and thank you in advance for your help.
I have successfully installed the Forminator plugin on my WordPress development site with no issues, configured & created the forms and tested it. Once satisfied I knew what I was doing, I installed on one of my production WordPress site. After installation I receive this error “There has been a critical error on this website”. I can go into my webhosting control panel and manly delete the Forminator plugin directory and the web site returns to normal (no error messages). I have searched several WordPress forums as well as doing Google searches with no resolution as to why it works on one sit and not the other.
