Hope you are doing well today.
I created the same setup in my lab site and tried to replicate this issue, but I couldn’t; it appears the issue has to do with another element or plugin which causing a conflict in Javascript codes.
I believe the best solution to find the exact cause is to run a full conflict test or if you are using a specific element for tabs, please share the name so we can run further test.

But when deactivate the forminator plugin then tabs are working well on logged in mode while forminator activated and without login tabs working well, forminator creating issue only logged in time
