Forminator – problem image (radio button)

Hey community,

I tried to put images in my forminator plugin in “fields” radio button. Unfortunately most of my images doesnt show up. The images that are showing up have no difference to them which don’t show up. I already tried to convert to jpg and make them smaller but it didn’t work. I using elementor as a pagebuilder.

Do you have any ideas?

Thank for the form.

I can confirm only one image is uploaded to the radio field, but when I added the missing ones it worked just fine:

So it seems your images are not being saved correctly when saving the Form.

so where can I send it to you so that you can take a look?

I just tried to put in some more images but they are not showing up. I just sent you a picture of it via mail to the adress you sent me.

Hello @kado19 ,

I checked your site and I can see that those missing images are not even visible when trying to access it directly. Images are throwing 500 internal server errors.

Are you uploading images while editing the poll or do you select them from the media folder? Can you try adding the image from the media library? Make sure that it is not throwing any error and is visible when accessing through the direct link.

Hello Kasia,

yes I added these images from the media library. This exactly is the problem. When I try to add them in forminator via media libary, the picture isn’t visible. I don’t know why. A few images are visible but most of them don’t..

Hi @kado19,

It looks more to be a permission issue at the website end, and I couldn’t replicate the problem on a test website at our end.

Please check with the hosting provider and see why the images are returning a 500 Internal Server Error?

Please try re-uploading the image and check if the images are loading fine on the form.

I did the steps but the images are still not visible.
Any further ideas? Is it possible that only certain images can be uploaded?

Hello it’s me again. Is it possible that you see this issue through my wp account? I can make an guest account for you and then you can check the issue from my point of view.
