I don’t see any reports of similar issues related to ActiveCampaign in our internal bug tracking yet but it seems like it might actually be related to something else (that we are already aware of).
Are these calculations field on you form set to be hidden? If yes, could you try – for testing – to switch them to be visible (this can be done in “Settings” section of each “calculations” field configuration) and test if the same issue is happening?
If this test confirms that the issue happens only with hidden fields for you then this should be fixed in upcoming released or, worse case scenario, nearest update after it. Meanwhile, the workaround would be to keep calculations set to not be hidden (and possibly hide them with additional CSS instead).
If switching these fields to be visible doesn’t help, could you share exported form (you can remove notifications from forms first) with us so we could test that?
Note: to share exported form, first export given form from a plugin and then put exported code/file on pastebin.com (as code) or some file storage of yours (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox or similar) and post direct link to it in response here.

Thanks Adam, looks like your workaround did not work. I tested using both display:none and visibility:hidden. I also left them completely visible and they still parsed through 0.0 values.

Thank you for sharing the form. I tested it and also a different one and I was able to replicate this issue.
So it looks like we have a bug here.
I will report this to the Forminator’s developers and they will take care of it.

I don’t suppose there’s any ETA as yet for a fix? I use this form for automated quotes from our website, and currently our prospective customers are receiving quotes with a whole bunch of $0’s…

I’m afraid, at the moment there isn’t any exact ETA that has regarding the status of the issue. I’m checking with our team if there is any further feedback or a patch that we could share regarding this or not too.
Not sure whether it’ll help, however, as a workaround could you please check whether setting the “Decimal Point” to 0 works for you or not?
