Forminator not saving form submissions in the database. Form says information accepted okay, but no email notification and does not show up in the forms submission table. Form worked fine yesterday.

    Hi @jeff41

Sorry to hear you had this issue.

Can you try to flush all caches if you have a caching plugin and enable Load From Ajax at Forminator > Edit the Form > Behaviour > Load form using AJAX?

Then try to submit the form again.

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards

I had both the, “Load form using Ajax” and do not cache options enabled. It looks like a one-time problem as the form is now working fine. It’s strange as I can see part of the missing form in the SQL table, but it doesn’t show up when I view or export the submissions. The old and new ones after are retrieved okay.

    Hi @jeff41

If there’s a partial data saved only but submissions before and after that are fine then yes – that would confirm that it was some “one time glitch”. Most likely it would be related to some unexpected (quite possibly also only “under the hood”, e.g. on server level) overload or momentary downtime or similar issues.

I’m glad to hear it’s working now but if you notice that the issue starts to happen again, especially more frequently, don’t hesitate to update us here and we’ll get back to the case.

    Best regards,
    Adam
