Forminator stops working in mobile

    Hi! Forminator stopped working on mobile since yesterday. When trying to send a lead using the form in chrome/android, the spinning wheel keps showing without sending the data.

    I tried to disconnect other plugins in order to avoid conflicts, but nothing happens.
    It have been working well two days ago.

    Mmm.. Apparently it has something to do with the cache. I deleted the cache of this page (the one created by a plugin called Wp Fastest cache) and started working again…

    Hi there @rubensyanes

    Please go to the Behavior settings for your form and, at the bottom there, enable the option to “Prevent page caching on form pages”.

    That should help if it’s cache interfering. 🙂

    If its not working correctly when loggeed in, but well when its in incógnito mode it´s the same caché problem?

    It really depends,

    If you are using the user registration or login form the default behaviour is not showing to logged-in users.

    But we need to check this case by case.
