forminator user id shortcode not showing

    Hello,

    The registration form I created is showing up just fine, but the shortcode to pull the id is not, please assist. I want the new user to get a notification letter confirming all their details such as name and address, but also their user id that I use with other numbers to give them a unique user id. The id is not pulling from wordpress with built in user id shortcode in forminator.

    I am using the user id shortcode in the html. Please tell me if this will only show up in pro version. Website I’m working on is https://www.globoservcourierstt.com/

    Hi @toni123098

    I hope you are doing well today.

    This will be not possible, even with hidden field, as form need to be submit first to create that user ID in the database. As soon form is submit, email part is triggered as well.

    I pinged our SLS Team to review your query and see can find some solution for you in this case. e will post an update here as soon as more information is available.

    Hello @toni123098 ,

    We heard back from the Forminator team and only after submission the user ID will be created and if it is manual or email approval then probably the user ID will be generated only after approving the user.

    Thank you. I decided to use the submission id no to form the number.
