Forminator Zapier issue

I am getting an error connecting my Zapier to my forminator form.. I have been using it for a whole and it works perfectly, suddenly it stopped.

I get this error when trying to connect the hooks.

I haven’t been able to connect the form to Zapier because i can’t find the hooks.. What’s wrong?
