    Hi @nevnic

    I hope you’re well today!

The site may be redirected to HTTPS and have valid SSL certificate installed but it’s not enough.

Proper SSL configuration requires “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” options on “Settings -> General” page in your site’s back-end to be both set to start with “https://” prefix instead of “http://”.

Can you please confirm if it’s already set that way? If not, please adjust both these settings.

    Also make sure to
    – re-save permalinks (just re-save them, no need to change settings)
    – and clear all cache on site/server

If that doesn’t solve the issue, let us know here, please.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
