@muravey86 Go to Settings > Permalink and click the “Update” button. If that doesn’t work. Make sure REST API on your site is not disabled by any htaccess rules.
Settings > Permalink – I see Save Changes button, no Update button

Yes the Save changes button. Click it and then refresh the browser cache and see if campaigns load.
