Forms for different roles

Hello,

I have a customer that wants to give access to woocommerce products to only certain user roles, however the user roles are a bit broad and we need to differentiate groups within a user role.

I came up with the following tactic:

Process to group provider roles:

1. Log in as admin

2. Go to Ultimate Member > User Roles

3. Click on Add New

4. Add title (for example: Provider – Tech) Copy same settings from previous provider settings and save

5. Go to Ultimate Member > Forms

6. Duplicate Provider Profile Form

7. Name the new form “______ Profile Form”

8. Assign new role on the right side (Should be the name of the role you create don step 4)

9. Save and update

10. Copy shortcode

11. Go to Pages on the left menu > Select “User” page

12. Paste shortcode under others

13. Save and update

However, when we do that we see that certain user profiles get affected somehow and when logged into and trying to see their profile page it takes us to the home page. Then I have to click “Login” and all we get is the “account” page.

Do you have a better way to group within user roles? Also, is there a certain site where there are web developers that specify on this plugin that I can pay to help me if needed? lol I appreciate your help!
